Diehl Metering has acquired PREVENTIO, a German technology startup specializing in leakage management and predictive maintenance. This strategic move aims to enhance Diehl Metering’s real-time leak detection capabilities and strengthen its Analytics & Services portfolio.

PREVENTIO utilizes advanced artificial intelligence to analyze both historical and current data, identifying leaks and anomalies within water and heat supply networks. This technology should complement Diehl Metering’s existing software products, such as Water Loss Management and Energy Forecast Management, providing customers with more robust tools for efficient resource management.
